The artist
Zoulli Art is the artist name of Victor Illouz, a French painter and sculptor born in Paris and based in Levallois-Perret, just outside the city. A self-taught pop art and street art artist, he has worked for more than eight years where Greek and Roman mythology meets pop culture, in acrylic, spray paint and sculpture. Paris Match nicknamed him "the painter of the stars".
He was the first artist to perform live inside the Musée Grévin, for the museum's 140th anniversary, and has exhibited at Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées, the Hôtel de Crillon, the Louvre and Club Thirty-Nine in Monaco. He is a listed artist, and his works are sold at auction by Artcurial. In eight years, these sales have raised more than one million euros for charities.
